Everything was great except the skirt steak. I ordered medium well and it was well done and charred. 

We order frequently from Wildfire and its usually excellent, today all of these entree's  were terrible. The tenderloin tips were not just  charred, they we're burned to the point that they were inedable for humans, the dog loved them. The Coconut shrimp was floppy and soggy.  Also inedible... even the dog did not want them. The potatoes, mushrooms, and cake were delicious, however, the majority of the bill was the the cost of the entree's which left a lot to be desired. 

Asked for steak to be medium well and it was medium rare...red and chewy.  Asked for medallions medium rare and it was medium well

The parm crusted Cod was cooked pretty good a little oily but still tasty. However the lemon pepper chicken breast was an epic fail this time. Usually I get this dish and the breasts are succulent and cooked to perfection. This time the breasts had little to no lemon flavor and very dry. 

This food was great.  Worth the money.  The bisque, salmon and cherry pie were fabulous!
